I ordered new check registers from them, and in fifteen minutes i want to cancel the order because i did not need them at this time ,and they would not cancel they said it is in production.This is a very BAD company that will not take care of their customers!I will never order from cheques in the mail agan .They have lost me forever.

First time doing business with this company and last. Everything on the cheques are correct, however the quality is EXTREMELY POOR. The paper quality, the printing is sorely lacking. I tried to get someone to call me back or answer my email but nothing to date. Buyer be ware! Glad I don't write many cheques any more.

Worst company to do business with! cheques came incorrect account number on them without realizing caused massive bouncing! Call company, over 1 months worth of my notes, a great long list of so called re lo s, all telling me to call back, or I IV would very dorsal and never did! Faxes sent, sepuccessfulky, they can not find. So much more! Do not even think of using them! I have shredced the new box of correct checks. One month on phone width them! Everyday notes, no one ever responded on emails. Use the safety of your bank, even if they charge more. Better safe than sorry,! I finally got through a supervisor who had promised crediting me for bounced check s and charge of checks.. Told already another 2 weeks for check. We shall see.

I have been using Checks in the Mail for a number of years. Just the am. I was reordering our personal checks. I was not given a chance to browser. I intended to order extra check register books. Instead the computer went directly to my previous order and ordered my cheque and bill my checking institution without even asking if I had completed my order. When I called the help line I was speaking to a person I could not understand from the Philippines.This evidently is a company who has out sourced our jobs again in the United States. Shame on you! I might also add the cost of my personal cheque have gone up about $20 since I retired. I will be changing companies in the future.

I recently ordered their High Security Checks. To my great dismay, Checks In The Mail added FraudArmor by default. There must have been a checkbox that I did not uncheck or notice. Therefore they were able to charge me an extra $8.00 This practice seems sneaky to me. It may not be fraudulent but it borders on deceptive to try and get a few more $$ from the customer. After being a customer for years, I am extremely disappointed.
